1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in high-threshold neuromuscular recalibration protocols involves inherent risks of mechanical failure (injury). By engaging with Kinetix Biomech Studio, subjects acknowledge these risks and agree to hold the facility harmless.

2. Medical Clearance

Kinetix Biomech Studio is a performance optimization facility, not a licensed medical clinic. Post-rehabilitation subjects must secure independent medical clearance from a physician prior to load-bearing activities.

3. Cohort Capacity

We maintain a strict limit of 150 active protocols. Operational access may be paused or revoked if subjects fail to adhere to prescribed data collection routines or exhibit non-compliance with structural programming.
